    Ballakume Elbasani per diten e Veres
    P r 4-5 persona duhen:
    1 kg of corn flour
    500 g of butter
    8 eggs
    1 kg of sugar

    Preparation: Then put the melted but not too hot butter in the container. We beat both ingredients until a foam is created. The beating process can take about half an hour. Sugar together with butter should be filtered. If we touch it with two fingers, the thread should open. Then add the eggs one by one, continuing to beat. When we add the next egg, we must have stirred it until the previous egg is completely mixed. So keep in mind that every 3 minutes we throw an egg without stopping the beating. In the last step, we carefully throw in the corn flour. In this case, we should throw in the flour in parts, stirring it constantly. We stir it well so that no grains are formed. If the mixture is too thick, we can add a little more flour. Let the prepared mixture rest for 20 minutes. To bake the Elbasan balls, we can put kitchen paper in a pan or spread it with a little butter and sprinkle with flour. Then, with a wooden spoon, pour the dough into the pan without having to shape it. Bake the balls in the oven at 150°C for around 40-45 minutes. Ballakume Elbasani can be served during the summer day!
